Lewisville-Clemmons Home Prices Continue to Climb and Sales Increase while Inventories Drop

Most of the recent housing metrics for the Lewisville-Clemmons area indicate the market is strong and still highly favored for home sellers as of July 2019. Home prices continue to rise over last year, sales increased substantially, inventory is lower, and days on the market have fallen since last July.  The only metric is a negative for the market is pending sales. Pending sales dropped over 44% since last year and is most likely reflective of not being enough homes for sale. There are still plenty of buyers in this market but many are making offers on multiple properties in multiple offer situations before having a winning bid.
